The pastry department

I took the blogger domain for "the pastry department" as it is what I am changing the name of my blog "phat duck" to. The name Phat Duck was a fun play on the restaurant i was staging at at the time, The Fat Duck. But as I my life has moved on, the name is out dated and sounds silly. So I chose The Pastry Department as it is the place in the professional kitchen where I am carving my own nitch. I think I will continue to write on "phatduck.blogspot.com" as a years worth of archives are there. So if you stumble on this page, looking for "the pastry department" try the link.
